Each of my one-to-one executive coaching programmes are carefully tailored to address the unique needs of the individuals and the business so no two programmes are alike in terms of content but they typically follow a similar format.

Discovery

An initial consultation to understand the coaching requirements and define success criteria.

Accessible

Email communication between sessions and impromptu calls when relevant to the programme.

Connection

A no-obligation chemistry meeting to ensure alignment between coach and coachee in achieving the desired goals.

Accountable

Clear and actionable take aways agreed with the coachee at each session to enable transformation.

Personalisation

Coaching sessions typically last 1 to 2 hours over 6 months with regular session on a weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly basis. This may also include a qualitative 360 process.

Purposeful

Formal and informal feedback to track progress and ensure alignment with individual and/or organisational objectives.

  • Executive coaching gets you out of your comfort zone and helps you grow. It’s a way to better understand your own journey, to rediscover your priorities and develop more self-awareness.  It creates the space to explore and be more of yourself.

It can help you gain clarity, develop strategies, and overcome obstacles that may be holding you back.   • Success is dependent on the objectives that are agreed with the client.  As an executive coach I will help the coachee change how he or she interacts with their world. I will help generate change that manifests through different actions, behaviours, competencies and ultimately business performance.   

    How effective the executive coaching is will also be dependent on what the coachee takes forward between the sessions.

  • During the initial chemistry call, it's crucial to ask numerous questions to ensure you feel comfortable.

    By the end of this initial conversation, both parties will have a sense of whether we can collaborate effectively. Establishing a good connection is paramount for a successful coaching relationship so it is essential to trust your instincts.

    With a network of coaches at my disposal, if the fit is not ideal, I am more than happy to provide referrals to help you find the perfect coach for your needs.

  • The average coaching programme lasts for 6 months but it can vary depending on your goals.    Sessions are 1-1.5 hours long and can be face to face or virtual.  Again, this would be tailored to suit your needs and something we'd discuss during our initial conversation.

  • For individuals seeking self-sponsored executive coaching, I have a fee structure that we will discuss during our initial conversation.

    For businesses interested in my executive coaching services, the fees will be included as part of the proposal.
